FISH CREOLE 
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. diced celery
3 tbsp. water
1 cube or packet chicken bouillon
2 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 c. tomato juice
About 1 lb. fish fillets (Ocean perch is good)

Combine all ingredients in oven proof baking dish and bake at 350 degrees uncovered until fish is flaky. Do not overcook, 45-60 minutes.
