CHICKEN-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix mushrooms, the bread crumbs, chicken, broth, milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.

Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
