BEEF AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
6-7 mushrooms, sliced
Pepper to taste
Mrs. Dash seasoning or salt to taste
2 tbsp. flour
Dash cayenne pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. milk

Brown meat; drain grease. Add onions and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions start to soften. Add garlic, mushrooms, seasonings and flour. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes. In casserole dish, stir together meat mixture, soup, rice and milk. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
