VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 hard boiled egg
2 tbsp. minced onion, soaked in water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1 dash pepper
Dried parsley flakes

Gradually add mayonnaise to soften cream cheese slowly. Mix until there are no lumps. Add chopped egg white, onion, and cloves, anchovy paste, pepper and parsley. Mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with egg yolk.
