POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag hashbrown potatoes
2 tbsp. minced onions, dried
1 sm. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix well. Pour into 9"x13" baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, 1 stick butter, cut into squares. Place over corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
