CREAM PUFF CAKE | |
1 c. water 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs Heat water and butter until melted, then add flour. Mix well and let cool. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees. You can use a jelly-roll pan too. FILLING: 3 boxes instant vanilla pudding or coconut cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 c. milk Beat these together and spread on cooled baked crust. Spread 12 ounce Cool Whip over pudding mixture and refrigerate. |
