4 med. steaks
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. chopped onion
Salt, pepper, flour

Dip steaks in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in bacon grease or oil. Place in baking dish cover with tomatoes and onion. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4. Good for Venison or elk also.
