SALISBURY STEAK 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) beef consomme
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cooked rice or soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion
1 egg
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together cornstarch and consomme. Stir in mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and basil; set aside. Mix together beef, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on high for 6 minutes. Drain off fat. Turn and rearrange patties. Pour sauce over steaks, cover and cook on high 10-12 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
