ONE PAN NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. (3 c.) uncooked medium noodles
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add liquid, broth, lemon juice, salt and pepper to skillet. Stir in uncooked noodles. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Cook and stir until heated through. Do not boil. Top with snipped parsley. Makes 6 servings.
