2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend flour and milk. Cook in small pan until a thick paste forms. Cool. Cream butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Mix with cooled paste, beat well. Add vanilla. Enjoy!
