RYE PAN CAKES 
2 c. fine ground rye flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. brown sugar
4 lg. eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil

In blender mix eggs, buttermilk and sugar. In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir liquid into dry ingredients. Add oil and mix well. Cook on hot greased griddle and serve with hot maple syrup.
