SWEDISH PAN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. (lg. can) crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix all ingredients. Bake in floured 9x13 pan or 2 (8 inch) pans at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Do not overbake.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Keep cake refrigerated. Double frosting if layer cake is made.
