2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts (optional), reserve few for top
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Pour into ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. If desired - grind nuts.
