6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. butter
2 or more apples, peeled and sliced
2-3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix first 7 ingredients in blender. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven. Add apples and return to oven until butter sizzles. Remove from oven; pour batter over apples. Top with brown sugar.

Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes until fluffy and light brown.
