1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold coffee
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
2 chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all together; put into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with white sugar and crushed walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. A moist cake.
