GRILLED SESAME CHICKEN | |
3 tbsp. mirin 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. dashi 1 tsp. finely minced ginger 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, into small serving pieces 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add chicken. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Grill chicken over a charcoal fire or under the broiler. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
