FLAT BREAD 
2 c. white flour
2 c. Ralston cereal
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. buttermilk

Roll thin and bake at 360-375 degrees on a cookie sheet. Roll each ball of dough in the palm of your hand and knead it until slightly sticky.
