SNICKER BAR CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Mix cake according to directions. Pour half of mixture into greased 10x13 inch cake pan. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees.

In double boiler, melt caramels, butter and milk. After cake has cooled, pour caramel mixture over it. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture, pour rest of cake mix on top and bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Then bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
