BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 small chopped onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. instant rice
1 tsp. salt

Place frozen broccoli in glass dish and heat for 2 minutes in microwave on defrost. Turn dish and heat 1 minute more. Drain off water, add onions and mix. Cover and cook 3 minutes on high. Stir after each minute. Add soup and stir until blended. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Add rice, cheese and salt, stir to blend. Cook 1-2 minutes more. Cover and let steam for 3-5 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
