CAJUN MUSTARD CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breasts
Dijon mustard
Bread crumbs that are heavily seasoned with Cajun spices or crushed seasoned croutons
Olive & vegetable oils
Rice

Cut chicken breasts into strips and brush with Dijon mustard, then roll in bread crumbs or croutons. Fry in 1/2" oil mixture until brown. Serve over rice.
