KAREN'S CAJUN CHICKEN 
6 boneless breasts
8 oz. pepper cheese
12 oz. thick and chunky salsa
8 oz. red taco sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. salad oil

1. Put pepper cheese slices on chicken breasts and wrap up.

2. Dip chicken in flour and salt. Brown in oil.

3. Remove chicken after browning. Add salsa, taco sauce and 1/3 cup water. Bring sauce to a boil. Place chicken in sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
