CAJUN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & picked off bone
1 lb. spaghetti cooked in chicken broth

Saute: 1 onion 1 green pepper 1 sm. jar pimentos 1/2 can black olives, sliced

After a few minutes add 1 pound Velveeta cheese and stir until completely melted. (Drain broth off of spaghetti if there is any left.) Mix chicken, spaghetti, and sauteed mixture together. Add 1 large can or 2 small cans cajun tomatoes to mixture and bake 30 minutes, covered. This makes a large dish.
