CAJUN CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Generous dash of cayenne pepper
1 carton sour cream
10 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. sherry

Melt butter, add paprika and lemon juice. Mix. Sprinkle chicken wit garlic salt then roll in butter mix. Place in baking dish, cover wit foil and bake at 375 degrees until tender about 45-60 minutes. Make a sauce of sour cream and sherry and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
