SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 or 16 oz.) can salmon, remove skin and bones
1 c. soft bread cubes
1 or 2 eggs
1 c. milk
Pinch of onion, if desired
Little salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and put in a loaf dish or casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes until done.
