SALMON LOAF 
3 c. salmon, flaked
1 1/4 c. potato chips, crushed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. minced onion
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Mix ingredients together and pack in a loaf pan. Spread bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with creamed vegetables. Serves 6.
