SALMON LOAF 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter or mayonnaise
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained & flaked
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. Old Bay Seafood Seas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and add onion and celery. Pour into greased loaf pan. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
