SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon, do not drain
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. top milk

Flake fish, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
