3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. salad oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well; do not beat. Pour in a greased 10 inch pan. Bake 60-70 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool in pan on cake rack.
