BROWN SUGAR PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. apple juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. cornstarch
6 boneless pork chops, each 1/2" thick

In 2 quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper; bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

In small bowl stir 1/4 cup water into cornstarch to dissolve, add to mixture in saucepan. Return to boil, stirring, when mixture is slightly thickened, remove from heat. Cook pork chops for 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Brush with sauce, cook 5 minutes longer until pork is well glazed and cooked through, turning once more and baste with sauce.
