T.O.P. STEAK CROCK-POT | |
1 round steak 1 medium to large onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 large green bell pepper 1 quart chopped tomatoes* salt and pepper, to taste Note: Because we grow and can our own tomatoes this recipe calls for a quart. Two (15 oz. ea.) or one (28 oz.) can of chopped tomatoes could be used. Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Cut onion and peppers into strips. Place steak into Crock-Pot and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Place onion and pepper strips over steak pieces and cover all with the tomatoes. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over cooked rice, buttered noodles or mashed potatoes. Submitted by: TChoat |
