SLOW COOKER TERIYAKI STEAK | |
2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless chuck roast 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 clove garlic, crushed Cut steak into 1/2-inch thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in slow cooker. Pour sauce over. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with rice. Serves 5 to 6. Submitted by: Corrine Manning |
