SOUR CREAM POPPY BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix, press into 9x13 inch pan.

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add brown sugar, beat well. Add sour cream, vanilla and poppy seed. Beat until mixed. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. poppy seed

Cream all ingredients except poppy seed. Have glaze ready when bars come out of oven and spread over while hot. Sprinkle poppy seed over top. Cut when cool.
