SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

Mix first 4 crust ingredients well. Add butter and mix well. Pat 2/3 of mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

In saucepan, combine all filling ingredients and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes until thick. Pour over baked crust. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
