SOUR CREAM, RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. oatmeal (Quick)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. white sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook 2 cups raisins with a little water for 10 minutes, drain and cool.

CRUST: Cream together brown sugar, butter, oatmeal, soda and flour. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 7 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING: Put 3 egg yolks, beaten slightly, into a saucepan. Add sour cream, cornstarch and sugar. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes or until thick. Add raisins and vanilla. Pour over crust. Put remaining crumbs on top. Bake another 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
