SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins; drain and cool. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add oatmeal, soda and flour. Pat half of mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix together and bring to a boil (stirring constantly) the egg yolks, sour cream, white sugar and cornstarch. Add raisins and vanilla. Pour over crust. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
