SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
Pinch of salt

1 c. sugar 2 c. sour cream 2 c. raisins 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first part like pie crust. Save 1 1/2 cups for topping. Pat rest in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix second part of ingredients together and boil over low heat, stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes or until thick. Pour over baked crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
