SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
3 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cook raisins in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes. Drain and cool. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add oatmeal, baking soda and flour. Put half the mixture in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix egg yolks, sugar, sour cream and cornstarch for 5 minutes. Add raisins and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
