SOUR CREAM - BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch). Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in large mixer bowl on low speed for 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt and soda on medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in nuts by hand. Spread dough in pan. Bake until light brown, 20-25 minutes. Cool. Frost with following.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk

Heat butter over medium heat until delicate brown. Remove from heat. Mix in powdered sugar. Beat in vanilla and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Cut and enjoy.
