SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Browned butter frosting (below)

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs. Beat in bananas and vanilla. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in nuts and mix well. Spread in a greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown, about 20-25 minutes. Cool. Frost with Browned Butter Frosting. Cut into bars.

BROWNED BUTTER FROSTING;
1/4 c. butter

Heat until delicate brown.

Mix with above. 3 tbsp. milk

Add vanilla and milk to powdered sugar and beat until smooth and easy to spread.
