BANANA SOUR CREAM BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 lg.)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix sour cream, sugar, butter and eggs low speed 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla low speed 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda, medium speed 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and frost.

VANILLA FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. 10X sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk or hot water

Mix all together.
