SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Brown Butter Frosting

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in large mixing bowl on low speed on mixer, scraping bowl occasionally, about 1 minute. Beat bananas and vanilla on low speed 30 seconds. Beat flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in nuts.

Spread dough in greased and floured jelly roll pan, 15x10x1 inches. Bake 20-25 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.

When cool, frost with Brown Butter Frosting. Cut into bars. Yield: 4-5 dozen.
