SAUSAGE DRESSING 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 med. onions, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
5 c. cornbread crumbs
3 c. white bread cubes, toasted
2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 - 3 1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
2 eggs, beaten

Cook sausage until browned and celery and onions until tender, then drain. In large bowl, combine with the remaining ingredients; stir well. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until thoroughly heated.
