SAUSAGE DRESSING - STUFFING | |
1 lb. sausage 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 5 c. crumbled cornbread (or 2, 8 oz. bags cornbread stuffing) 5 c. crumbled biscuits (or 2, 8 oz. bags herb seasoned stuffing) 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth (or 4 c.) Brown sausage with celery and onions. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, in order, with broth being last. Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (May also be used to stuff 10-13 pound turkey.) |
