JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. corn bread mix
2 lg. onions, grated
1 c. cream style corn
1 1/2 c. shredded long horn cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
Garlic to taste
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. milk
1 lb. bacon, crisp fried, crumbled
1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers

Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir in bacon and jalapeno peppers. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done (golden brown). Yield 12-15 servings.
