JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. yellow corn bread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tsp. sugar
1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Seed jalapeno peppers and chop. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased 9x12x2 inch baking pan in 400 degree oven for 1 hour or until done in middle.
