JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. milk
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. creamed corn
3 c. corn bread mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. sugar

Beat eggs. Add salad oil, milk, onion, peppers and corn. Mix together, then add corn bread mix, garlic powder and sugar. Pour into oiled pans. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups grated Longhorn cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
