HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, split
2 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1 env. onion soup mix

On sheet of foil in shallow baking dish arrange chicken. Brush with butter. Place under broiler 10 minutes or until lightly brown on both sides. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Place pineapple and cherries over chicken. Combine pineapple juice and soup mix, pour over chicken. Wrap loosely, sealing edges. Bake 45 minutes. (I use skinless chicken breasts.)
