HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
12 chicken pieces
1 bottle Catalina low-cal dressing
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam

Stir catalina dressing, onion soup and apricot jam together. Put chicken pieces in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour rest of ingredients over the chicken. Bake covered for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes, basting 2 times. Serve with rice.
