SHRIMP SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 c. milk
1 med. green pepper (chopped and drained)
1/4 c. onion (chopped and drained)
2 cans sm. shrimp (drained)
4 oz. Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Blend cream cheese, catsup, horseradish and milk until smooth. Spread on bottom of plate.

Combine onion, green pepper and shrimp (drain these on a paper towel to remove excess water before combining). Sprinkle on top of cream cheese layer. Sprinkle cheese on top. Chill. Serve with taco chips.
