HAM LOAF 
3 lb. ham mixture (2 lbs. ham, 1 lb. pork, ground)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
2 tsp. baking powder

BASTE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard (yellow)

Mix and use as directed.

Mix well and add part of the baste to the loaf mixture and keep the rest to baste the loaf with during baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
